Despite the warm reception to Toshiba’s TG01 smartphone, other devices pledging to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset are still thin on the ground. That’s all set to change in the second half of 2009, though, according to the latest leaks from Taiwan, which suggest HTC is among manufacturers intending to use the Snapdragon platform.

Details of a new device in Logitech’s distributed audio streamer range have emerged, the Logitech Squeezebox Touch. A WiFi-connected base-station controller with 4.3-inch color touchscreen and integrated stereo speakers, the Squeezebox Touch can seemingly both integrated with an existing setup as well as be used to access online music and internet radio.

Aside from showing the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) E71x for AT&T (NYSE: T) and Nokia 1661 for T-Mobile USA, the Finnish giant also unveiled two new Bluetooth accessories at the CTIA Wireless in Las Vegas. The first of the two is the Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-216, which is touted as a “comfortable headset with a curved form factor that enables handsfree calls in even the noisiest of environments.”
