The SPH-W8550 is Samsung latest Haptic phone for Korean. It features a nice 3.5” WVGA Amoled screen, a 5Mpix AF camera, DMB, GPS, a 3.5” Jack-in, Samsung’s latest 3D UI and supports DviX video.

It will be available in a choice of colors: Rose Black, Snow White and Valentine Pink.

Samsung on Thursday announced the release of the SCH-W760, the first handset in the industry equipped with an infrared camera that allows users to hold video conference calls in low-light environments. The slider also has a traditional, rear-facing 3-megapixel camera and otherwise features a 2.8-inch AMOLED display with 240×400 resolution. There is also 8GB of internal memory and a microSD memory card slot for adding even more storage space.

Koreans will have the benefit of watching S-DMB TV programming in their home market, while it also supports up to 7.2Mbps on 3G networks. Bluetooth rounds out the known specs of the unique Samsung handset. The SCH-W760 sells for the equivalent of $457 in Korea. It’s not known if Samsung plans to bring a version of this handset to other markets.
